Sergio Sanchez Santamaria

Sergio Sanchez Santamaria, a graphic artist, taught by the
last artists of the Taller de Grafica Popular (1937-1960s),
stands at the head of a major revival in social printmaking
in Mexico.
He was recently in Santa Fe, working on new print folios and
other projects, and agreed to create the scratchboard image
to be used for the ISOC Indigenous Connectivity Summit.
Sergio’s 8”x10” scratchboard graphic was created Oct. 24, 2017.
A limited edition of (12) archival digital prints were created Nov. 4, 2017
by Richard Lowenberg.
